My musical journey began when I was three years old, when I started instinctively reproducing anything I heard – be it a nursery rhyme, an advertisement jingle or a song, on a small keyboard. Born into a household with a strong musical background, I was exposed to a variety of music from an early age. Recordings of my maternal grandfather, Late Shri B.V. Srikanteswara, a violinist & student of Late Shri R.R.Keshavamurthy, introduced me to Carnatic music.
I am under the tutelage of Prof. Abdul Hazeez for violin and vocal, and Mr. Cajetan Dias for piano.
