DeepBC (Deep Learning for Breast Cancer) is a free shiny web application framework to allow users (especially non-coders) to perform differential gene expression analyses and machine learning algorithms just by a few simple clicks. It covers routine gene expression analyses, including DEGs table, plot volcano, MD, box, heatmap, and network. The machine learning part helps users with feature selection, dimensionality reduction, regression (including simple, multiple, polynomial, and logistic), random forest, k-nearest neighbor, support vector machine, naive Bayes, and clustering.
