Josie has been a school teacher for over ten years before she found the practice of yoga which hugely changed her life. From there, she went on to study yoga in depth and has completed over 1000 hours in a range of yogic philosophy and studies. This led her to hosting retreats that implemented both nature and yoga where she discovered this had profound positive effects on her clients.
From here, Josie began to travel down the healing journey studying and sharing her interest in healing arts as well as reiki. She is a qualified psychotherapist specialising in the use of mindfulness, nature and creativity to support healing.
