The Immersive Virtual Field Trip project is a collaboration between Arizona State University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT),  the Australian Centre for Astrobiology and NASA. Lead developer and iVFT expert, Geoffrey Bruce  creates immersive Virtual Field Trips (iVFTs).  Visitors can enter these 360-degree spherical virtual environments and navigate around field sites rich with embedded high resolution imagery, videos and science content.
