Info
The Michigan State University Shooting Sports Club is a student-run and funded club sport at MSU. It was founded in 2013 with the goal of educating members about firearm safety, usage, and competition. As the club grew, it transitioned into advanced training and competing in multiple different shooting sports
Today, the Shooting Sports Club consists of four separate teams: Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, and Action. Each team has a Vice President in charge of that discipline, and a coach to help improve the athletes on that team. The teams compete in different leagues at local, state, and national levels.
