Retrofit Information, Support and Expertise (RISE) offers training, guidance and support to help social housing providers, Local Authorities and their supply chains plan and deliver successful domestic retrofit programmes.

RISE replaces the services formally known as the Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator and the Home Upgrade Hub. RISE brings both of these highly successful programmes together, creating a single comprehensive and easy to navigate service.
