You'll find here lectures for communication courses I teach. The lectures are woven from the course textbooks and other readings, with the influence of my past professors, and with a bit of my own perspective. As always, other teachers will have their own view of these same subjects and would likely teach them differently. This channel simply adds my voice to the already-existing conversation.  

My Background. I have a BA, MA, and PhD in communication. I specialize in Organizational Communication. I'm an Associate Professor at The College at Brockport, SUNY where I teach undergraduate and graduate courses. I publish original research in journals and as case studies. Since 1996, I've done consulting, workshops, and professional speaking on workplace communication issues.
