DCYF/CPS in Washington state target and hire non brown eyed people. No termination trial is authorized by law. RCW 13.34.200 says a termination order is final. RCW 13.34.030(1) says the child has to be abandoned for 3 months prior to filing a dependency petition. None of these children were abandoned, they were taken without warrant, and under no authority. Washington Supreme Court judges have added words to the law in their court forms that are being used in courts across Washington state. If there is no appeal, then there can't be a trial. Some of these parents never agree to these juvenile dependency's but are still forced out of their childs life permanently. DONT WAIT UNTIL YOUR KIDS ARE INJURED TO SPEAK UP
