Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar—revered across India and globally as “Babasaheb”—remains one of the most transformational personalities of the 20th century. His legacy is rooted not only in his brilliant scholarship and fearless activism but also in his unyielding pursuit of justice for the oppressed. To describe Ambedkar simply as a social reformer or the “Father of the Indian Constitution” is to overlook the vastness of his work and the depth of his vision. He was a jurist, economist, anthropologist, philosopher, historian, statesman, revolutionary, and spiritual guide. His life is a testimony to the idea that the true measure of a nation lies in how it treats its most vulnerable citizens.
