Everyone comes to Cape Cod.

Very few realize how great the mountain biking is here.

First of all, the riding behind this video series is my personal health insurance policy. 

Yes, I may break a bone along the way, falling from a boulder or crashing at speed, but my heart,  muscles, lungs and mind will be strong.

My hope for this video series is to show you how great the biking is here on the Cape.

And to inspire you to bring your bike when you do come.

And, you know you're coming to the Cape - everyone does :-)
