Welcome to Meet The Mind, which is a channel geared towards meditation and mindfulness.
My goal is provide guided meditations for anyone seeking to learn more and deepen their practice. I'm not a doctor by any means, but a normal girl who decided to incorporate meditation into my life and since having a consistent meditation practice, my quality of life has improved and my overall awareness has increased. I find it hard to adequately describe how I benefit from meditation, because it is something you have to feel for yourself. My hope is spread that feeling to others. While you have never meditated before or whether you meditate every day, I hope to create meditations for all those who are seeking it. Each day can bring on new challenges, emotions, obstacles... Which is why I will be providing meditations geared towards specific feeling and life events.
