The Joker calmly but with a slight yet obviously annoyed said "Nobody cares about this". The message was delivered on a video format but the video was smaller, on computer in only took a third of the screen. The video quality is questionable at best, like he recorded it with a old camera, unlike modern day ones. He than quickly and unexpectedly makes a " CHHHHHH" noise. He than almost immediately after making the noise moves the camera so it's not on his face, like he wanted to match it up with "CHHHHHH" noise but got it delayed. He than holds up his hand in a menacing position before with a tone that sounds like a person whose delivering revenge says "ELEMENT OF SURPRISE". He than makes a "CCCCCCC" noise like the start to a "CCCCCCCRUNCH" noise while putting his hand on the camera very suddenly, like trying to mimic the experience of being punched. You than see what might be a mistake as the Joker looks at the camera, and you hear a beeping noise probably from the camera.
