We all have a meeting with our Maker, on a Day that only He knows fully; so let's live mindful of this reality, for each of us must come before the Almighty, and give an account of our lives to Him. "For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written: As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then, each of us shall give account of himself to God." (Romans 14:10b-12) For the redeemed (Revelation 5:9-10): we are saved eternally by God's grace, through faith in the perfect work of His Son; and His love for us is unchanging, on account of Christ's righteousness (Romans 8:32 -35). So truly, the judgment we'll face is not a matter of heaven or hell (Lake of fire), but of the quality of our works/obedience (1 Corinthians 3:11 -15). For He is just; the Lord will not reward the unfaithful with the blessings of the faithful (Luke 16:11 ). "Since you call on a Father who judges each one’s work impartially, conduct yourselves in reverent fear during your stay as foreigners." (1 Peter 1:17 ) "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad." (2 Corinthians 5:10 )
