Welcome! You've entered the space of a human being who has experienced anxiety and depression his whole life. More seriously, I have experienced debilitating anxiety since February 2019. Along the way I've reached out for help, I found my own ways of dealing with acute attacks, and over all I've learned methods/tips/strategies on how to deal with symptoms as they arise. My journey is still in progress, and I struggle every day. Hopefully you can learn from my experiences and techniques and find your own ways of dealing with your anxiety symptoms.
