Welcome to the official CNOSF channel! The Comité national olympique et sportif français (CNOSF) is a French association recognized as being of public utility, which represents the sports movement on French territory and groups together the sports federations. The CNOSF is responsible for the preparation and selection of athletes and their participation in the Olympic Games. The CNOSF's statutes also confer on it the authority to carry out, on behalf of the federations or in collaboration with them, any action in the general interest of the sporting movement. The CNOSF promotes the fundamental principles and values of Olympism, sport for all and sporting activity among the general public, and aims to facilitate access to sports clubs. Representing the entire sporting movement throughout France, the CNOSF brings together 110 national sports federations and associate members, and their 180,000 sports associations.
