Thank you, David, for today’s meditation.

During the journey, I found myself deeply immersed in the experience. I was holding a small statue I brought back from Egypt, with Isis on my left and Ra on my right. As we connected with the energies of the throat chakra, solar plexus, and heart, I felt as if I was standing in the middle of Egypt once again, sending light and connecting with everyone participating in the meditation.

When you mentioned the sound OM and later spoke about Ra, I found myself softly chanting “Ra” on my own. It brought me into a profound sense of connection with a part of myself that I experienced during my visit to Egypt two years ago—a part of me that felt deeply connected, expressive, and alive.

I also had a beautiful vision of myself across time: the woman who stood in Egypt in the past, the woman I am today, and a future version of myself returning there. It felt like a reunion of different aspects of my journey, all meeting in the heart.

After the medication the infinity symbol appeared, reminding me of the loops and patterns we are learning to observe, understand, and release.

Tonight, I chose to play, explore, and have fun with it all. ✨∞✨💃
