As a MINDFULNESS COACH, I'm NOT here to teach you a bunch of pretzel positions (🧘yoga?? --- ouch) or tush-to-the-cush guided 📿meditations (monkey-mind over-thinking on over-drive??). Those practices are a dime-a-dozen and don't work for everyone.
I'm here to show you how to be mindful in your every day life. All the time. Anywhere. Such as when you brush your teeth, wash dishes, or pet your dog.
Everyday mindfulness changes the deep patterns of your 🧠brain and how you feel at your core. It brings the color back to your world so you can feel 🌈ALIVE and ☀️VIBRANT and 🫧JOY-BUBBLY about being HUMAN.
Each month, I focus on a new theme such as food, letting go, relationships, anxiety, etc. I post 1-2 long-form masterclasses each month, and I post shorts with simple tips and tricks 2-3x a week.
