This channel features first class New Orleans jazz by the San Francisco Feetwarmers jazz band. In this day of the global Pandemic, when you can't hear the band at our fave Jazz Societies and Concert venues, we are sharing our music with you via Youtube .... we hope it brings you solace, a measure of peace and even joy in these difficult times. The first video uploaded to this channel was "COVID -19 Jazz Blues," a vocal reflecting the US experience in the early days of 2020. Next we added videos (derived from fan photos and our CDs) for our fans and jazz lovers all over the world to enjoy. These span a 25 year recording history! On Friday night around sunset, Mike Slack keeps his chops in shape during the Pandemic by serenading his neighbors from his deck in north Berkeley. Foot Note: as a favor to a special friend of the Feetwarmers, we added two videos of Chinese Classical Masterpieces, music played on the Chinese 16 string zither .... these are proving very popular.
