It’s been 10 years since Hadii Sharara introduced the world to Richii, “the Lebanese Justin Bieber”, who at 19 years old topped the MelodyArabia pop charts for 8 weeks with his #1 single ‘Dayeb Wehyatak’, and continued dancing his way through hit songs ‘Ana Lubnaneyoun’, 'Valentine' & ‘Gowa Hodny’ off his 'Insane' album and tour. After a long hiatus, Richii returned in 2016 to the main stage at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood for a career-defining concert. An experimental collection of personal mid-tempos called 'Lost in an EP' would quietly be released in 2019; however, 2020 was the year where Richii emerges in a big way with fiery political tracks like 'The Other Side' & 'Strawberry Moon' off his forthcoming album. In light of the August 4 explosion in Beirut & the anniversary week of the Lebanese Revolution, Richii hosted an acoustic Youtube concert of two medleys in his quarantine home, including old and new songs, as well as a cover of Lady Gaga & Ariana Grande's 'Rain on Me'.
