We at Guiding Light are in the business of creating better coaches, and more of them (ICF Credentialed Coaches). Why? Because we believe coaching is a noble profession. Great coaching helps people go from where they are to where they want to be. Therefore, it helps them be happier. And it helps make the world a better place. In an industry beset with tall claims, shortcuts, half-truths and misinformation, we put you on the right path. With us, you are in safe hands. And this YouTube channel is our way of walking alongside you and sharing everything that we can for free. While we offer ICF Level 1, Level 2, AATC and MCC Portfolio Path Programs and retreats, we focus on the first principles of coaching, as defined by ICF, cutting out needless models, theories and jargon. This helps our coaches not just get their credentials, but learn coaching the right way so that they are able to do the one thing that most ICF credentialed coaches struggle with — make money through coaching.
