It's important to remember, a change of scenery or a change of pace is good for your mental health. It could be a just taking five-minute pause from cleaning your house, or a short break at work or a weekend exploring somewhere new. A few minutes can be enough to de-stress you and help with your all round mental health.
For Mental Health Awareness week, I've created this channel of 5 hour videos, aimed at helping you try and get a little break from the world around you. These videos can be great to flick on for a few minutes to get a short visual break from day to day tasks. Use them as background noise to create a feeling of calm within a space. Or like I do and stick one on at nighttime as a gentle and calming aid for sleep.
