AllenTalk ( previously named A-Talk) is an English-speaking interview show created by Allen Rao who’s the former global business director at Netease Online Open Courses. AllenTalk’s much influenced and inspired by TED’s slogan – “Ideas Worth Spreading”. On AllenTalk, Mr. Allen Rao often spontaneously video-interviews distinguished people from around the world to promote their ideas and stories that are worth spreading aiming to build a bridge to connect China to the world and the world to China. So far, almost 100 prominent people who are mainly professors, experts and celebrities in different walks of life from more than 30 different countries have been on the show. AllenTalk videos can be found on all the major video websites and apps in China with about 1 million followers. The total VV of AllenTalk show has reached more than 80 million in China.
