I am an Industrial/Organizational psychologist who advises executives. In this channel, I will provide an inside look at the world of executive leadership and how leaders develop themselves, both personally and professionally, for big responsibilities. My day job consists of interviewing executives for leadership positions (yes, I interview people for a living). As such, I have a keen sense of what employing organizations look for in candidates. When I am not interviewing, I coach and develop executives in their careers.
